I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 3-7 days processing and production time for your order to be sent out. (some jewelry items are handmade, and need extra time).

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Shipping times vary on all items and are posted at the bottom of each product page.

Orders being shipped from the USA to the USA generally take from 5 to 7 business days to be delivered to your door.

Orders being shipped from over seas generally leave their fulfillment centers within 3 to 7 days. Average transit times to the USA are usually between 5 and 20 business days.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES? WHAT IF I NEED A RUSH ORDER?

When working with worldwide suppliers, there are sometimes circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and postponements that our carriers experience. For this reason, we can not guarantee the exact delivery time, or do rush orders.

 

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, we provide tracking on every item and order. Tracking will be available once your item is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe to ensure you get the best quality product.

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Items are shipped with extra padding, despite this, our customers report that about 1 in every 100 products arrives damaged do to mail service mistreatment.

- Your order number.

- A picture of the damaged product and original shipping package and label.

Once received, I'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
