Shipping times vary on all items and are posted at the bottom of each product page....I Ship from a number of different suppliers and fulfillment centers across the globe. (Asia, India, South America, and The USA). This may affect shipping times, but I guarantee you will receive your items (usually within 3 to 20 business days). You will receive tracking info as soon as it is available. (Within 3 to 7 days of ordering).

If you have not received your order within 20 business days, simply email me at claritycove.com@gmail.com and i will get back with you within 24 hours to address your questions and concerns :)

All of my handmade jewelry, trinkets, baubles (and handpicked crystals and gemstones as noted) are shipped from Illinois, USA and have quicker delivery times.(within 5 to 7 days)...shipping times are noted at the bottom of every product listing page.

In some cases, in order to speed up shipping times, your order may be split into different packages. Items may be shipped from different warehouse locations to ensure i find you the best quality products at the most affordable prices.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund...I am committed to my customers and want you to be thrilled with every product you order from Clarity Cove. Therefore, if a product is damaged in shipping or is not as described, please email me at claritycove.com@gmail.com and i will definitely find a happy solution for you!
